Flytrex Inc. (“we”, “us” or “Flytrex”) provides an on-demand delivery service (the "Service"). The Service may be provided via the Flytrex mobile application (the "Application").
Flytrex respects your right to privacy. Your ability to make informed choices about the use of your information is important to us. This privacy policy details how we collect, use and store information and data that we receive, including through the Application or through the Flytrex Internet website or various social media accounts (collectively, the "Sites"). As used in this privacy policy, “Personal Information” means information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address.
Information We Collect
We collect certain information when you create an account or otherwise use the Application. Such information includes your name, address, phone number, email address and your order information, as well as the location of any deliveries that we make. You may also log into the Application through a third party authentication framework used by us, which may for example include your Facebook or Google account. In such event, we receive personal information about you which is provided by such social network, which includes your name and your photograph or likeness. Please check the policies of the applicable authentication framework in order to understand what information we receive.
When you contact us from the Site, we collect such information as your name, email address and the content of your request. When you contact us from the Site in order to apply for a job offering, we collect all the information included in your CV, as well as your name and email address.
The Application and Site will also record certain information automatically, such as your IP address, and technical information regarding mobile device or computer, operating system and browser. The Application will also record technical information regarding its operations and performance. In addition, we collect any information you provide when you contact us for any reason such as, for example, if you provide us with any information regarding logs, errors or bugs in the Application. You are not required by law to provide us with any of the information described herein, but by using the Application or the Site you agree to provide us with such information.
How We Use Information
We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order or as otherwise expressly set forth in the policy. We may use personal and other information internally. For example, we may use personal and other information to improve our technology and algorithms, to help diagnose problems with our servers, or to make the Site or Application more useful for you and for our other customers.
We use and share personal information as needed in order to fulfill your order. We may share this Personal Information with our third party subcontractors that we use to assist in fulfilling your order. For example, we use third party payment processors to assist in processing your payment details. In addition, as below, we may share such personal information with the retailer with which your order was placed. As further described below, use of your personal information by such retailer shall be subject to the privacy policy of the retailer.
We are subject to regulatory requirements that require us to retain certain flight data. Such requirements may also require us to share flight data with the aviation regulators in your jurisdiction, such as the Federal Aviation Administration, or with third party entities that provide unmanned traffic management services on their behalf in order to coordinate the drone flights.
By analyzing all information we receive, we may compile statistical information across a variety of users (“Statistical Information”). Statistical Information helps understand trends and customer needs so that new services can be considered and so the Application, Site and associated services can be tailored to customer desires. We may share Statistical Information with our partners, pursuant to commercial terms that we determine in our sole discretion.
We may also use analytics tools to collect Internet traffic data and other information about the use of the Application and Site. Such third party tools may collect information such as how often users visit the Site or Application, and what other sites you used prior to coming to the Site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Site and/or Application, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our Site, Application and services.
Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to the Site or Application is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use located at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html and the Google Privacy Policy located at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
In addition, we may share your Personal Information with:
Members of our corporate family, or third party vendors or service providers, such as third party drone operators performing deliveries on our behalf. We may also authorize third party vendors or service providers to collect information on our behalf. We will require members of our corporate family and third party vendors to follow practices that protect your privacy rights on a level at least as restrictive as the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Business partners with whom we may jointly offer products or services, or whose products or services may be offered through the Application or the Site. You can tell when a third party is involved in a product or service because their name will appear, either alone or with ours. If you choose to use these products or services, we may share information about you, including your Personal Information, with those partners. Please note that we do not control the privacy practices of these third party business partners. If you wish to no longer allow that third party to use your information, please contact that third party directly.
Referring websites. If you were referred to this website from another site (for example, through a link), we may share some information about you with that referring website. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any website that referred you here. Additionally, when you link to one of our partners from our Site or Application, we provide that partner with a unique identifier so they know that you were referred from our Site or Application, as applicable. How we Protect Information
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information and other data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Subject to any obligations that we may have pursuant to applicable law and regulations, including obligations to any regulatory authority, we will delete any Personal Information provided to us by a user upon either (a) the receipt of a written request by such user sent to email address: privacy@flytrex.com, or, (b) upon the termination of such user’s account with Flytrex via the Flytrex's app or system. Subject to such obligations pursuant to applicable law and regulations, including obligations to any regulatory authority, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such Personal Information within 90 days. We cannot restore information once it has been deleted. Subject to our obligations pursuant to applicable law, we may retain and not delete data that does not itself identify any individual user or household.

A cookie is a small piece of text that is sent to a visitor’s browser. The browser provides this piece of text to the device of the originating visitor when this visitor returns. A “persistent” cookie may be used to help save your settings and customizations across visits. Such Third-Party Services shall be liable for cookies they install on your device. All Third-Party Services receive data in an encrypted format. Data available to Third-Party Services does not allow identifying you.
Communications
We may send you email or other messages about us or our products and services as well as email messages about products and services of selected third parties. By accepting the Terms of Service (including the terms of this Privacy Policy which are incorporated therein) or using the Site or the Application, you affirmatively consent to receive such commercial messages. As a registered member, you can remove your personal information from our mailing list and to stop receiving future communication from us by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication or by emailing us at support@flytrex.com. You will also be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from commercial messages in any such email or other message we send. CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE

We at Flytrex Aviation Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our"or “Company”) recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our employment applicants. This Privacy Notice describes the types of information we collect from you when you apply for a position with us via the Comeet platform. This Privacy Notice also explains how we process, transfer, store and disclose the information collected, as well as your ability to control certain uses of the collected information. "You" means the applicant.
"Personal Data" means any information that refers, is related to, or is associated with an identified or identifiable individual or as otherwise may be defined by applicable law. This Privacy Notice details which Personal Data we collect when you apply for a position in our organization.
Personal Data We Collect
We receive personal data about you as a candidate for positions at the Company, such as: contact information, address, Curriculum Vitae (resumé) information (including information such as skills, work experience, education), notes submitted with the application, URL of your LinkedIn and other online profiles, the position for which you have been or are being considered, the source who submitted your candidacy (e.g., recruiting agency, referral), email correspondences between you, the Company and between the Company and other sources (such as recruiting agency and referrals) about your candidacy, information from references, events in the lifecycle of your candidacy, your responses to questionnaires sent to you by us, information about your candidacy and employment options (such as availability to be hired and salary expectations), evaluations of your candidacy, internal discussions within the Company about your candidacy, materials you or other parties (such as evaluators or background check providers) submitted in relation to your candidacy. If you submit your candidacy by email, or online, then you are the main source of the personal data. Your personal data can also originate from other sources, such as LinkedIn profile, recruitment agencies, headhunters, and referrals.
We also collect any materials including images and/or pictures and/or photos and/or documents (such as your CV) you may upload to Comeet platform.
You are under no legal obligation to provide us with any such Personal Data. It is your voluntary decision whether to provide us with any Personal Data, but if you refuse to provide such information, we will not be able to review your candidacy.
How We Use Your Personal Data
General. We will use your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice, including as needed to evaluate and consider you as a candidate for positions, in accordance with our processes and policies for evaluating employment candidates, to contact you for your candidacy status and interviews, to schedule meetings, interviews, and assignments amongst others.
Sharing the Personal Data We Collect
Comeet. We use the Comeet platform for the application process. Comeet is authorized to use your Personal Data as necessary to provide these services or as otherwise authorized by us. Comeet’s privacy policy is available here.
Service Providers and Subcontractors. We disclose information, including Personal Data we collect from and/or about you, to our trusted service providers and subcontractors, who use such information to: (1) help us in connection with the application process; (2) aid in their understanding of how users are using our Services.
We may share your general recruitment status with third parties who submitted your candidacy to us.
If your details are submitted to the Company by a third party (such as an employee of the Company or a recruiting agency), the Company can give the third-party access to your name, photo, and some of the general recruitment status.
If you apply to a job opening using a unique referral link that was provided to you by an employee of the Company to which you are applying, the Company may share some of your general recruitment status, without identifying you by name, with the person that provided you the referral link.
The purpose of sharing the above information is to provide feedback to third parties who submit candidates to the Company regarding their submission.
International Transfers. By accepting this Privacy Notice, you acknowledge and agree that we may share data with our affiliates and/or use subcontractors and service providers who are located in countries other than your own and may send them information we receive(including Personal Data).
Business Transfers. Your Personal Data may be disclosed as part of, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets or acquisition (including in cases of liquidation). In such case, yourPersonal Data shall continue being subject to the provisions of this Privacy Notice.

Subject to applicable law, we retain Personal Data as necessary for the purposes set forth above. We may delete information from our systems without notice to you once we deem it is no longer necessary for these purposes.
In some circumstances, we may store your Personal Data for longer periods of time, for instance where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax, audit, accounting requirements and so that we have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges, or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your PersonalData or dealings.

Sharing the Personal Data We Collect
Comeet. We use the Comeet platform for the application process. Comeet is authorized to use your Personal Data as necessary to provide these services or as otherwise authorized by us. Comeet’s privacy policy is available here.
Service Providers and Subcontractors. We disclose information, including Personal Data we collect from and/or about you, to our trusted service providers and subcontractors, who use such information to: (1) help us in connection with the application process; (2) aid in their understanding of how users are using our Services.
We may share your general recruitment status with third parties who submitted your candidacy to us.
If your details are submitted to the Company by a third party (such as an employee of the Company or a recruiting agency), the Company can give the third-party access to your name, photo, and some of the general recruitment status.
If you apply to a job opening using a unique referral link that was provided to you by an employee of the Company to which you are applying, the Company may share some of your general recruitment status, without identifying you by name, with the person that provided you the referral link.
The purpose of sharing the above information is to provide feedback to third parties who submit candidates to the Company regarding their submission.
International Transfers. By accepting this Privacy Notice, you acknowledge and agree that we may share data with our affiliates and/or use subcontractors and service providers who are located in countries other than your own and may send them information we receive(including Personal Data).
Business Transfers. Your Personal Data may be disclosed as part of, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets or acquisition (including in cases of liquidation). In such case, yourPersonal Data shall continue being subject to the provisions of this Privacy Notice.

We reserve the right to send you service-related communications in connection with your application, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
Children
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. In the event that you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data without parental permission, please advise us immediately.
